Wendy DeWitt Taylor

As of January 2021, I’m retired in Maine and probably doing what everyone else is doing these days…lots of Zooms (thank goodness!) and eager to get vaccinated.

After school (DePauw University in Indiana) most of my working life was in market research and marketing management in Chicago, Denver, and Maine. Before and since retiring, I’ve spent many rewarding years volunteering in the nonprofit world including doing community needs assessments and serving on the board of the United Way of Greater Portland; starting an international health initiative (www.konbitsante.org) and running it for the first five years with my husband Michael (he’s the medical and public health part of the team); and now volunteering and serving on the board of the DaPonte String Quartet, a really wonderful quartet based right here in Maine.

Looking forward to the day when it’s possible to safely be in the same space with other people! Stay strong, Wendy
