I was "shocked" to receive Rick's wife, Patty, respose to my birthday wish to him. Rick and I go way back to grade school ,and even spent part of one summer attending summer school together. We didn't do too well in one of our classes. I had the opportunity to meet up with Rick one time after I got out of college, and he had just started on the Bay Village police department. He retired there as a lieuenant, and moved to Alabama.
My prayers go out to Patty and family. He will be missed but not forgotten.
Got a call,not too long ago, from my sister Charise, (she lives in Bay) letting me know about Rick. I was so surprised, cried and then remembered all the good times. His cute nose, his laugh and of course how really nice he was. He is now and will always be, missed.
Hi TRick was in most of my classes at school as my last name at the time was Williams. I remember him as being the class cut up always getting into mischief.
