Lyle G. Westerfield, age 75, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019. Beloved husband of Christine (nee Nickels) for 52 years. Loving father of Lyle Jr. (Mary Wiedenbein), Tara Hemelgarn (David), Wade (Suzanne). Cherished Papa of Taylor, Jacob, Reed, Joseph, Calla, Blake, and Landon. Dear brother of 9. He was retired from the Rocky River Police Dept. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. Interment Lakewood Park Cemetery. Mass of Christian Burial, 11am, Saturday, March 2, 2019 at St. Christopher Church, 20141 Detroit Ave. Rocky River. Friends received at the church 1 hour prior to Mass.
